PROGRAMS
Full Body Gym Program
- This is an 8 week program that is designed to target all of your muscle groups split evenly throughout the week and can be saved and used at any time.
- Included is a cardio and abs plan as well.
- Muscles Targeted: Abs, Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Legs, Calves, Arms, Back, and Shoulders
- Equipment's Needed: Dumbbell's, squat rack or smith machine, abs stability ball, medicine ball, incline and decline benches, cables, leg extension machine, leg curl machine, adductor/abductor machine
- Supplement and nutrition advise as well will be provided
Abs Program
- This will consist of a 4 week abs program that can be done at home or the gym.
- Little to no equipment will be needed for this program.
- Videos and links on "how to" properly complete the workouts can be sent via email or text
One-on-One Personal Training
- This program is for serious clients ONLY who want to achieve their goals, work consistently, and be dedicated to see results.
- A 6 month commitment must be made upon the selection of this program
- We will work on designing a workout and nutrition plan that is specifically for your goals.
- Supplement advise will be given as well based on your goals
- Videos and examples of workouts will be provided throughout this program.
